Rachel Morgan, co-owner and head massage therapist at For the Health of It, has assembled a team of massage therapists to conveniently serve residents of Destin, Panama City Beach and South Walton Beach from her organic and natural foods market. The massage staff offers sports, pregnancy and Swedish massage; foot reflexology; and neuromuscular massage therapy for pain management.

Aromatherapy and therapeutic touch treatments can be added to enhance the massage sessions. According to the staff, therapeutic touch helps clients realize and utilize their bodies’ own energetic healing abilities and is a natural, helpful complement to therapeutic massage bodywork.
