Pilates by the sea is celebrating its eighth year in business by expanding to a new location. The new facility in the Waterside Business Center in Santa Rosa Beach will be adding a Pilates’ circuit training class along with a Barre class to its already existing classes. The new program can offer classes for the extremely fit to those with chronic conditions.

“We are so excited that we have officially outgrown our space! Our goal is to share our passion of Pilates and all the benefits that one can experience, and now we have even more space to do it,” says Laurie Beck, owner.
