Owner Doug Durham has opened a new mega-facility, the largest integrated fitness center in the Panhandle, in Panama City Beach. The 20,000-square-foot facility features all-new machines and equipment, monitors, an intense bodybuilding area, squash courts, showers, a sauna, locker rooms and free childcare.

The gym also boasts a variety of weight machines and free weights, a large room for classes such as Zumba, yoga and meditation, a spinning classroom, two racquetball courts, a sauna and steam room in each locker area. There is also a separate free weight room for serious bodybuilders. He has plans to add a swimming pool in the future and an obstacle course for cross-training.

Durham believes in promoting physical health, financial health, social health. His coaching background and high standards have encouraged a team player environment with his staff. In college baseball, he both pitched and played in the outfield. The Rock Pile already has 1,400 members, many coming via referrals from satisfied customers.
