Noted local artist and author of Visions: Through Paintings and Poetry, Margaret Biggs, has found success in combining her artistic career with her own personal search for spiritual happiness. She will be giving beginner and intermediate painting lessons in eight weekly classes from 1 to 4 p.m., Thursdays, beginning January, at Crystal Studios, in Pensacola.

Biggs states, "I create paintings that are unique depictions of the sea and shorelines, rendered in such a way that they communicate the peace found only in nature. My art and poetry are offered to soothe the soul and bring healing calm and relaxation to the viewer.” Biggs’ work is on view at Crystal Studios, in Pensacola, and The Coastal Art Center of Orange Beach.
