Unity of Panama City is beginning a new discussion group with an introductory session at 6:30 p.m., February 27, for the book, A Course in Miracles (ACIM), to continue from 6:30 to 8 p.m., Wednesdays. Attendees are advised to bring their own copy of the book.

ACIM comprises a universal spiritual thought system that teaches the way to love and inner peace is through forgiveness. A major focus is the healing of relationships and making them holy. The spiritual teachings are contained in a three-volume curriculum set, consisting of the Text, Workbook for Students and Manual for Teachers.

Gatherings will involve text readings and interactive discussions. Supplemental ACIM-related literature and videos may also be used. Because the course was developed as a self-study practice, participation in group discussion is not necessary, but recommended.
