Amy Likins holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University and a Master of Science degree in Holistic Nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health. She is a registered certified yoga teacher, master teacher of Usui Reiki, minister of Universal Life Church, Young Living Essential Oils distributor and has undertaken advanced studies in yoga, Buddhism and ecology.
