Psychologist, sound healing artist Dr. Michael Brant DeMaria will present a special event from 7 to 9 p.m., December 21, at the Sanders Beach Community Center, based on his work as a meditation and yoga instructor and musician.

The audience should bring a yoga mat, a small pillow and a cover to relax while DeMaria takes them through a deep healing meditation and visualization, accompanied by his Grammy-nominated music—just the thing to stay centered and peaceful during the holidays.

Also, DeMaria’s entire media library; $240 dollars worth of music and books, will be raffled off at the end of the evening and there will be a book and album signing.
