Agustine Peralta, who has studied with author Don Miguel Ruiz, and Rosa Peralta, an experienced facilitator of personal growth processes, will hold classes from 9 a.m. to noon on March 29 and April 5 and 12 on the healing wisdom and practices of four spiritual paths and discerning which paths and tools may best fit one’s own goals for healing.

Healing in this program means experiencing one’s spiritual wholeness that leads to improved relationships, physical health, emotional well-being and much more. The four paths are: the Toltec tradition (such as found in The Four Agreements), the Hawaiian tradition, A Course in Miracles and New Thought. In each of these paths, healing processes and tools are shared. Core teachings of each will be explained and some similarities between these four paths discovered. Experiential activities allow the practice of specific tools in order to apply them in real life situations.
