Brian Skoskie will conduct a five-mile guided hike that meets at 8 a.m., March 22, at Unity of Panama City to carpool to the banks of upper Econfina Creek. The trail features high limestone bluffs, a suspension bridge and a waterfall. Bring water and snacks for lunch. There will be a meditation with flute music at the waterfall, along with helpful tips on how to find peace through nature.
