Free Group Fitness Classes at Pure Pilates

Pure Pilates, in Gulf Breeze proper, is offering free group fitness classes throughout the month of March. Each week will feature a different set of classes. Participants may attend as often as they like.
March 3 to 8: Barre; March 10 to 15: Yoga; March 17 to 22: Pilates Mat; and March 24 to March 29: Kangoo Jumps.
Owner Susan Clark says, “Join us and try out a new class or enjoy a chance to partake in one of your favorite classes at no cost. We look forward to seeing you!”
