Heather Wiles, owner of Yoga with Mermaid Heather, in Panama City Beach, is offering paddleboard yoga, surfing lessons and yoga  for surfing for children and adults, in addition to paddleboard lessons and modeling lessons. In the shop, she sells uniquely beautiful mermaid hair sparkles and surfer girl jewelry.

Wiles explains, “Heather the Mermaid all started when I was 13, and my step-brother gave me his used, five-foot-nine-inch CB surfboard! Years passed, and suddenly paddleboards were the new thing. Then came paddleboard yoga, and it was being offered everywhere except Panama City Beach, so having practiced yoga since I was 16 at Zen Garden, I decided to get certified in yoga, CPR and first-aid and make paddleboard yoga happen here.”

Yoga for Surfing is held on Monday nights at 6:30 p.m. at Studio at Zen and Thursday nights at 7:30 p.m. at Studio by the Sea. Paddleboard Yoga is held at Adventures at Sea on Sunday at 9 a.m.
