Laurie Azzarella, as an affiliate of the International Institute of Reflexology (IIR), is offering an opportunity to learn therapeutic Ingham Reflexology for personal, family or professional use on April 27 and 28, in Cantonment, Florida. She states, “It’s easy to enhance your health through the reflexes in your feet. Step into better health!”

Azzarella is one of only 12 IIR Instructors in the country and teaches in the Gulf Coast area. An extra two-hour class is being offered as an introduction to self-reflexology at 6:30 p.m., April 27, and will include using Young Living Essential Oils on the feet, which enhances the effectiveness of the reflexology.

Reflexology is becoming a very popular therapy, and well-trained reflexologists are a challenge to find. People often misunderstand the technique, thinking it is like pushing a button on their feet.
