Dr. Michael DeMaria, an integrative psychologist, yoga/meditation teacher and four-time Grammy-nominated musician, will present his third annual Winter Solstice Healing Celebration from 6 to 8 p.m., December 21, at the Sanders Beach Community Center, in Pensacola.

This year's event includes fun, free-form movements as a warm-up for DeMaria to take participants through a deep healing meditation and visualization, accompanied by his music—just what is needed to stay centered and peaceful during the holidays.

At the end of the evening, DeMaria’s entire media library of music and books ($240 value) will be raffled off and he will sign them. BYO yoga mat, pillow and cover to relax.
