DR. SHERYL ROE, DOM, RN
Dr. Roe offers Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) therapies that include acupuncture, gua sha, cupping, tui na, herbology and 5 element, tongue and pulse diagnosis. TCM is based on the goal of wellness in body, mind and spirit. Every treatment or treatment plan is based on that goal.
Roe holds a master’s degree in Chinese Medicine and is nationally certified in acupuncture and herbal medicine. She is a licensed herbalist and has been a registered nurse for 25 years, treating people successfully with acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine for more than 12 years. She is a member of National Certification Council of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, the American Academy of Pain Management and the Florida State Oriental Medicine Association.
She works with Western physicians in providing treatment for patients with a broad range of illnesses. Roe provides treatment for all types of pain, sleep, eating and smoking disorders, as well as anxiety, depression, hypertension, and autoimmune disorders such as lupus and fibromyalgia.
Roe explains that acupuncture and TCM make energy deep inside a person move, and for most people, the feeling is so good it borders on addictive.
