Hosted by Sunshine Yoga, Kid’s Yoga classes led by Kim Mosby will be offered from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Thursdays, in six-week sessions. The course is recommended for children ages 5 through 12, or those with previous yoga experience.

Taught through a mixture of discussion, movement and song, Sunshine Kid’s Yoga helps develop knowledge of both physical poses and core yoga principles.
