Local chiropractor Dr. Tom Caldwell, practicing in Panama City for more than 37 years, recently opened Yoga Connection, a new studio located at 2629 West 23rd Street, next door to his practice in Panama City, to make yoga affordable for everyone.

Caldwell is offering classes with certified instructors for $5 per class. “Many cannot afford the $10 and $15 fees common around Bay County,” he says. “The intent is for my patients to have this opportunity, as well as the general public. Everyone is welcome.”

Experienced instructors Jill Jordan, Jessica Nicolosi and Jeanette McCoy are certified and uniquely qualified to help people of all ages enhance their journey to a healthy life style. They offer a variety of yoga styles, including vinyasa, ashtanga, hot yoga, restorative and yoga back.

The studio is quiet and serene, offering an escape from a hectic life. No equipment is required; mats and props are available for student use. There are gentle and vigorous classes available to fit different needs and requirements. Yoga Connection offers yoga for everyone, not just the athlete.
