Magnus Eklund, LMT, BCSI, is teaching his course in Synergetic Myofascial Strategies to the Soothing Arts School of Massage and Skin Care. Lumbar, Sacrum, Hips and Pelvis runs from 2 to 9 p.m., August 7, (six CE hours). Neck, Spine, Chest, Shoulder, Arms and Hands will taught from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., August 8 and 9 (12 CE hours).

Based in Biloxi, Mississippi, Eklund is KMI certified in structural integration with Tom Myers and also a Rolf Guild advanced Structural Integration practitioner. For 20 years, he has studied under some of the world’s most renowned experts in massage, myofascial therapy and structural integration. Eklund brings this knowledge and expertise in caring for each one of his clients and in the training that he provides through Myofascial Therapy CE workshops. Eklund was an official member of the 1996 Atlanta Olympics medical team as a sports massage therapist.
