Mahabhuta Yoga Festival is an Expression of Love

The fourth annual Mahabhuta Yoga Festival will take place in this, the Year of the Wood Sheep (celebrating family), from November 20 to 22 at Sanders Beach. Festival founder Stacey Vann says, “This is the year to develop a wild heart, open to love and acceptance on all levels. You have to love to know what love is. Love expresses itself at the Mahabhuta Yoga Festival through laughter, asana, dance, breath, meditation, children, nature, song, art, healing, high vibrational cuisine and community. The Mahabhuta Yoga Festival welcomes everyone to take the time to celebrate and experience the love we have to give.”

Yoga highlights include kundalini, Iyengar, vinyasa, abhaya, align and flow, hatha, yin, restorative, pranayama, AcroYoga, aerial swing, slackline and bhakti.

There will also be meditation, kirtan, sound healing, organic and healing foods, an artisan vendor village, Healing Haven Spa, Galactic Child Yoga Tent, Columbia Marionette Show and Circus Arts.

Michael DeMaria, Shantaya, Sean Johnson & The Wild Lotus Band, Rahasya, HuDost and Paradisio & Rasamayi will entertain.
