Dr. Michael DeMaria, an integrative psychologist, yoga/meditation teacher and four-time Grammy-nominated musician, will present his fourth annual Winter Solstice Healing Celebration from 7 to 9 p.m., December 18, at the Sanders Beach Community Center, in Pensacola.

Fun, free-form movements serve as a warm-up for DeMaria to take participants through a deep healing meditation and visualization, accompanied by his music—just what is needed to stay centered and peaceful during the holidays. BYO yoga mat, pillow and cover to relax.
