Tracey Owens, a spiritual teacher who specializes in personal empowerment, will lead a two-hour interactive workshop, Remember Your Eternal Truth, June 17 at 6:30 p.m. at URU Yoga Gulf Breeze. Owens will also offer Intuitive Empowerment individual sessions from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on June 20.

The workshop is designed for people who have sought answers to important questions but couldn’t find the answers or weren’t clear about the answers they received, and for people who sometimes feel anxious or disconnected for no apparent reason, Owens says.

“We will delve into these questions and concerns with the intention to get to the root cause,” she says. “Participants will learn techniques that will unblock the stagnant thoughts and beliefs that keep them from experiencing their eternal truth. They will walk away with tools and techniques to help them calm the mind in order to get centered and focused.” 

Owens combines spiritual counseling, thought transformation and energy medicine to help clients overcome insecurity, negativity, addiction, anxiety, stress or unconscious blocks to success so they can reconnect with their personal power and uncover their calling or life purpose. “Tracey brings her own unique perspective to living in a truly empowered, authentic way,” says Kerry Whiteley of URU Yoga.
