Referral-Free Manual Physical Therapy Practice in Fort Walton Beach

Manual physical therapist Kimberly M. Prucha has opened a new clinic in Fort Walton Beach, BioDynamic Manual Therapy, offering a comprehensive approach to the evaluation and treatment of chronic and acute conditions.

The clinic is unique, Prucha says, because patients can schedule a manual physical therapy appointment without a doctor’s referral. Sessions range from a 60-minute treatment ($100) to a 75-minute evaluation ($135). There is a 10 percent military discount.

“I limit my number of daily appointments to remain focused on delivering high-value, high-quality care,” she says. “The patient has my undivided, one-on-one attention at every appointment. Each patient’s treatment plan is customized for his or her specific needs and is not influenced by third parties such as insurance companies.”

Among the acute problems Prucha treats are back or neck pain, dizziness, jaw pain, and injuries to the shoulder, hip, knee, ankle and foot. She also assesses and treats chronic conditions. Patients are encouraged to call and inquire about a particular condition.

“My goal is to provide holistic, hands-on therapy from a whole-person perspective to determine the location of movement limitations that contribute to the symptoms,” she says. “Treatment is directed toward the causing factors in order to relieve symptoms at their root level.”

BioDynamic Manual Therapy is located at 8th Element Wellness, 90 Beal Pkwy., Ste. A-1, Fort Walton Beach. A Destin location will be opening soon. For more information, contact Prucha at 850-797-0636 or [email protected], or visit BioDynamicMT.com.
