Natural Awakenings Northwest Florida

Williams Treats Common Illnesses with Chiropractic Care

Most people think of chiropractic care as a treatment for spine problems—low-back pain, degenerative disc disease, whiplash, scoliosis, even headaches and neuropathy. But chiropractic can also treat a far wider variety of health issues, including digestive problems, vertigo, asthma, colic and ear infections, says Dr. Amanda Williams of Positive Chiropractic Solutions.

Williams is on a mission to let people know how this natural treatment can help them achieve whole-body health. Her aim is to provide a fresh, positive approach to health care. “We offer a variety of chiropractic techniques, pain relief modalities and much more,” she says. “We do a comprehensive history and examination on each patient to determine what is causing their problem and make a plan to treat it most effectively. Then, using their body and its self-regulating capabilities, we help them become pain-free.”

She also offers doTerra Deep Blue for treatments and allows patients to try essential oils during treatment.

In her spare time, Williams gives classes all over town to spread the word about chiropractic. “We offer free Lunch and Learn classes around the community to teach about chiropractic and wellness,” she says. “We also offer free spinal screenings around the area. Anyone interested in our team coming to their business can call us to set up a time.”

Her go-getter approach was obvious when she opened her Navarre practice last year after four months of intense preparation. Now she sees 80 to 100 patients a week.

“We hope to expand our clinic in the next two years and add an associate doctor by year four or five,” she says. “We are continuing to research new technology to bring the latest and greatest natural healing methods to our patients.”
