Getting to the Bottom of Your Gut Issues

Jan 17, 2017 05:34AM ● By Sarah Holt

Room: Palm I Saturday 3:30-4:30pm

Fermented foods and probiotics are rapidly growing in popularity as a natural way to help the body heal itself. In this workshop, Sarah Holt will discuss various ways to heal your gut so that your body can begin to heal itself from the inside out. She’ll talk about exactly what’s in our gut, how to achieve balance in our gut, and various cooking and eating techniques to get to that balance, and she’ll also lead a hands-on application of one of those techniques. Each participant will help prepare a ferment of his or her own, and will taste the outcome of a ferment as well.

Sarah is a certified holistic health coach and aromatherapist and a member of the Association for American Drugless Practitioners.
