Michael DeMaria, PhD, a four-time Grammy nominee and three-time bestselling author, is celebrating the launch of his online integrative wellness program, the Peace Within Process, with a full-moon healing music concert and guided meditation March 10, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., at Unity of Pensacola. Admission is free, but donations are being accepted as a gift to the church for sharing its space.

DeMaria says he named the process Peace Within as a reference to inward peace that is not dependent upon external circumstances. “Because life is always changing and flowing, like a river, the Peace Within process is dynamic and helps you learn to skillfully maneuver through the rapids of modern life,” he says. “We all experience future shock, data smog and information overload in our fast-paced world, and it can be overwhelming. Yet few of us have time to ‘get away from it all.’”

This online program turns DeMaria’s bestselling book Peace Within into a expanded, in-depth format in which participants are supported by an online community of fellow seekers as they develop an at-home practice of cultivating peace within their bodies, minds, hearts, selves, souls, relationships and lives, even when they are encountering illness, aging and death. The meditations in this program have been customized by DeMaria and are not available anywhere else.
