Business is growing at 8th Element Wellness. Teresa Felstead, a physical therapist assistant and licensed massage therapist who is certified in the AromaTouch Technique, recently joined the Fort Walton Beach practice, which offers natural health services such as massage, meditation, energy work and hypnosis.

       Owners Christie Morgan and Alex McAllaster say the addition of Felstead to the team furthers their vision for 8th Element, which is to provide a variety of alternative health modalities. “We value Teresa’s depth of knowledge as a PTA, including her understanding of the human structure and her additional studies in stretching and strengthening techniques, which add to her expertise as a massage therapist,” Morgan says. 

       Morgan and McAllaster have a combined 26 years’ experience in massage therapy and specialize in a variety of techniques, with a focus on deep-tissue massage; pain management; hip, neck, back and shoulder release; myofascial release; and relaxation. They also offer energy healing techniques such as Healing Touch and Pranic Healing.
