Hispanic Fest Comes to Emerald Coast Convention Center: Music, Folk Dance, Arts and Crafts and Cuisine

Hispanic Fest, the largest Hispanic festival between Tampa and New Orleans, will come to the Emerald Coast Convention Center on September 10. This family-oriented cultural and educational festival showcases the best of Hispanic music, folk dance, arts and crafts and cuisine. Last year the 10-hour event drew more than 2,000 visitors and featured more than 60 product, food and information booths.

Hispanic Fest is one of the signature events of United for a Good Cause, a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) charity. Proceeds directly benefit the organization’s 13th annual EC Christmas Miracle Needy Children’s Fiesta, where everything is free to all who attend. Christmas Miracle was attended by more than 1,800 children and their family members last year.

“Our corporate sponsors and vendors are part of a high-visibility, well-attended festival that gives them a chance to directly outreach and market to the growing Hispanic community of Northwest and North Florida and Southern Alabama, plus the local and regional non-Hispanics that also attend,” says David Triana of United for a Good Cause. “By being a part of Hispanic Fest, they also become a key part of one of the largest charity Christmas fiestas in all of Florida, and help us put a smile on a needy child’s face this Christmas.”

Hispanic Fest 2017 is presented by ZT Motors and sponsored by Cox Communications, Gulf Power, Tienda la Mexicana Destin, Neal Tabot, C-Sharpe, Patriot Tax Solutions and Natural Awakenings magazine.
