Farm to Table Farmers Market Opens in Navarre

Local farmers have come together to open a new, year-round farmers market in Navarre on the first, third and fifth Saturday of each month. Farm to Table of NWF was created by Carolyn Hand, owner of Nature’s Hand Cattle Company, and Kim McKelvey, owner of Golden Dreams Dairy. Both farms offer humanely raised products.
Hand says she and McKelvey hope to bring together the best local farmers to offer their products to the community through a not-for-profit farmers market.
“Kim and I are very happy to be bringing Jenefer’s Garden, Cove Lake Soapworks and many other local vendors to this market,” she says. “These vendors have a passion and dedication to providing clean, healthy, locally grown products that is unparalleled.”
The market’s core vendors have a longstanding history of vending in Northwest Florida, she says. “Nature’s Hand Cattle Co, Jenefer’s Garden and Golden Dreams Dairy have a combined market experience of over 25 years. It is our goal to bring together verified farmers that have been looking for an outlet in the Navarre, Mary Esther and Gulf Breeze areas.” Each market will also offer two promotional booths to organizations that serve the community.
Farm to Table of NWF will be taking new vendor and promotional booth applications throughout the year. Currently, it is recruiting vegan and seafood vendors.
Location: 8716 Navarre Pkwy., Navarre, FL. To learn more about the market or vendor opportunities, or to book an interview, contact Carolyn Hand at 850-217-6945 or [email protected].
