Locals Gather Year-Round at 30A Farmers’ Markets

The best farmers markets aren’t just places to buy locally grown produce and handcrafted goods; they are also regular gathering spots for neighbors who believe in living and buying sustainably. That’s the case with the 30A Farmers’ Market, which now has four locations—three of them year-round—offering a wide array of high-quality products.

For example, at 30A Farmers’ Market at Palm Plaza in Niceville, which is open every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., vendors sell grass-fed beef, farm-fresh whole chickens and eggs, honey (including Tupelo honey), hydroponic lettuce, microgreens, mushrooms, fruits, vegetables, goat milk and cheese. Also available are homemade foods like scratch breads, including ciabatta, focaccia, rosemary round, pastries and pies; jams and jellies; pickles and pickled veggies; pesto and salsa; tuna and shrimp dip; and Maryland crab cakes. Arts and crafts for sale include handmade soaps, candles, greeting cards, artwork and jewelry.

Other year-round 30A Farmers’ Markets include Grand Boulevard Farmers’ Market in Miramar Beach (Saturdays 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.) and Florida Town Center in Rosemary Beach (Sundays 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.). There is also a seasonal location at Seascape Resort Towne Centre in Miramar Beach (Wednesdays 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.). At all of our markets the same type vendors participate.
