Looking to recharge, learn something new and discover wellness solutions you didn’t know you needed? The 9th Annual Emerald Coast Holistic Health Expo invites attendees to explore just that, August 30 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and August 31 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Destin–Fort Walton Convention Center.

Hosted by Natural Awakenings Northwest Florida, the Expo is designed for people curious about natural health, innovative therapies and sustainable living. From wellness tools to holistic beauty, detox, fitness, mental clarity and emotional support, the experience offers something for everyone—from first time attendees to seasoned wellness seekers.

Hands-on demos, free samples, one-on-one consultations and live presentations let guests explore at their own pace. Attendees can interact with trusted local sponsors such as The Golden Almond Health Store, Bodyworks by Bull and Be Well Solutions. Many return year after year to discover new tools for healthy living like energy therapy, aura photography, healing crystals, nutritional supplements and more.

"I loved it. It was a lot of fun," says Janine, a recent attendee. "I love jewelry that has multi-purpose, so I bought a bracelet today that's both beautiful and has meaning. And I learned something new too—my husband bought a mineral product made from algae that helps everything from ADD to skincare. I had no idea it was that powerful. I'd say definitely come out and give it a try. You're gonna learn something new, you're gonna see some new products and it's a good time."

This year introduces new exhibitors including SparkU Healing and Yoga, Paws & People Wellness Co., Toxic Freedom and Art by Ann. Prize drawings happen every 30 minutes, so there's always something exciting around the corner. Visitors can also snag a complimentary Fast Pass for early entry and an extra door prize ticket.
