Join Kristina Medicina, Shamanic plant medicine practitioner, and Laura Donigan, Level 2 QHHT Practitioner, for a transformative group experience that blends ancient plant medicine with deep soul exploration. The ceremony on August 3, from 2 to 5 p.m. will be a heart-centered, soul-nourishing experience to help participants align with their truest selves.

The ceremony will begin with herbal tea to calm the body and mind. Donigan will then guide participants through a powerful Group Past Life Regression in the tradition of Dolores Cannon—opening a serene space to access the soul’s memories and connect with the higher self.

As attendees reflect and journal insights, Medicina will lovingly serve Ceremonial Cacao to open the heart and deepen the integration.

The ceremony will close with guided breathwork and gentle movement, supporting participants to embody their journey with clarity, grounding and connection.
