As spring arrives along the Gulf Coast, SparkU Healing & Yoga, LLC is embracing the season of renewal with a series of collaborative events designed to support personal growth, connection and well-being. Guided by owner Dr. Melissa Tanner’s passion for whole-person healing, these spring offerings invite the community to stretch, breathe and step into new possibilities.

In partnership with women-owned Soulshift Channeling, SparkU Healing & Yoga will present Stitching Together Timelines: A Channeled Springtime Mini-Series in March. This two-part experience blends discussion, intuitive insight and gallery-style readings centered on the energetic shifts of the spring season.

The first workshop, Spring Forward, takes place Sunday, March 8, from 2 to 4 p.m. and focuses on recalibrating inner rhythms as daylight saving time begins. The second event, Solar Awakening, will be held Friday, March 20, from 6 to 8 p.m., offering guidance for aligning body and spirit with the solar equinox. Each workshop is $35, or participants may attend both for $60. Limited 45-minute soul-reading sessions will be available following each event for a special rate of $120.

Continuing the spirit of collaboration, SparkU Healing & Yoga will team up with Sage Spa on April 11 to host the 1st Annual Unapologetically You Women’s Retreat in Panama City Beach. Limited to just 12 participants, this intimate, full-day retreat is designed as a sanctuary for deep rest, self-connection and renewal.

The retreat experience includes grounding yoga with SparkU Healing & Yoga, two inspiring breakout speakers, a rejuvenating massage and facial from Sage Spa therapists, nourishing snacks and lunch, and a closing hour of sound healing. The exchange for the full-day retreat is $479, and early registration is encouraged due to limited availability.
