Laura Donigan is a Level 2 Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®) practitioner devoted to helping people reconnect with their Higher Self— the wise, loving inner consciousness that holds insight, clarity and the capacity for healing. Trained in the method developed by Dolores Cannon, Donigan guides clients into a deeply relaxed theta state where they can explore past-life or soul- level experiences and receive guidance directly from their Higher Self.

Donigan’s path to this work is both personal and purposeful. Having overcome addiction, trauma and profound loss, she understands firsthand the courage it takes to heal and transform. Her journey of recovery and spiritual awakening stirred a deep calling to serve others—particularly those seeking healing beyond conventional approaches. Today, she brings that lived compassion into every session, creating a space where clients feel safe, seen and supported.

A QHHT session with Donigan is an in-depth, in-person experience lasting five to six hours. The session begins with a relaxed, conversational interview where clients share their life story, intentions and questions. From there, she gently guides them into hypnosis, allowing the subconscious mind to reveal experiences most relevant to their current life. In the second part of the session, clients’ pre-prepared questions are asked directly to the Higher Self, which may offer insight into health concerns, emotional patterns, life purpose or spiritual growth. Each session is audio recorded so clients can continue integrating the information and healing afterward.

Known for her warm, calming presence and her ability to build trust with ease, Donigan’s clients often report increased clarity, emotional release, spiritual connection and a renewed sense of purpose.
