The "Latin Salsa Music Festival" (Formerly "Latin Salsa Festival") is a Caribbean style, family friendly cultural event enjoyed by kids of ALL ages and from different cultural backgrounds. You are invited to the Fort Walton Landing Park, Saturday June 16, 2018 at 139 Brooks St, FWB, FL, 32547 to treat yourself and family to a great international event, right in your own backyard. The fun begins at 10 am and goes, nonstop until 8pm (Rain date is Sunday, Father's Day). Enjoy an imaginary visit to the Caribbean islands yet, let your palate taste the great cuisine of freshly prepared dishes of some of the most popular and tasty culinary creations from the islands as well other regions of South America and, of course, American staple foods for everyone to enjoy. This, while at the same time dancing to the contagious Caribbean beats and rhythms of Salsa music from live musical groups from outside the region and local DJ artists and from New York City scenes. Besides the aforementioned, there are also merchandise and souvenirs vendors and other interesting crafts for all kinds of shoppers tastes. The event also benefits the local youth organization AMI Kids, Emerald Coast Chapter (www.AMIKIds.org), as a portion of your donations goes to an organization that is dedicated to helping young adults whom have had difficulty dealing with social skills but, whom can themselves become brilliant citizens given the opportunity.
