Ananda is the Sanskrit word for bliss. In this class, my goal is to connect you to that very essence - the bliss that resides within you waiting to be unfurled & expanded bringing you to a higher state of awareness. Class will be comprised of gentle vinyasa, pranayama, & meditation.
