Run With It, “your running and walking specialists,” is moving to a new much larger location at 170 Miracle Strip Parkway SE this month, just a half-block east of their present location. Now, customers will be able to shop locally for great-looking, functional sportswear that will take them from the gym to the streets and the mall. Run With It is also be expanding their selection of shoe width sizes and will carry more children’s shoes and apparel.

Couch to 5K/10K, a new 10-week training program designed for beginner runners, run/walkers, walkers or former runners that want to get back into shape, will conduct training runs at 6 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 8:30 a.m. on Saturdays. The cost is $50 for the 5K and $65 for the 10K. The training program group leader will help participants develop the skills needed to successfully complete the Lucky Leprechaun 5K/10K on March 16, at the Ft. Walton Beach Landing.
