Chronic degenerative diseases are on the rise, and it’s time to take a fresh new look at how we view our health. The Truly Heal One-Day Workshop takes place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., March 15, at Destin Community Center.

Instead of just managing disease and its symptoms, Truly Heal teaches how someone can find and eliminate the causes of their disease, including cancer. It’s not about promoting a certain new product or treatment. Instead, it’s about a well-rounded approach and a system that is based on what Truly Heal terms the “four energy bodies”.
When someone learns to keep these areas in balance, they can experience a greater quality of life and learn how to heal from trauma, negative emotions, resentment and grief. This system also helps people understand which tests, treatments and remedies can give the greatest results.
