Holistic nutrition educator Amy Likins, owner of Synergy Organic Juice Bar and Café, is kicking off the fall season with two one-day retreats from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., October 3 and 24, with a focus on natural healing and cleansing. 

In this program, Likins will teach how to clean up our diet, homes, workplace and lifestyle so we can help to find the balance to get our health and well-being back on track. Personal guidance and an extended program is available by appointment.

The retreats include yoga classes for detoxing the organs and balancing the chakras—also restorative yoga and pranayama exercises for cleansing and restoring the nervous system, digestion and elimination. Juices, wheatgrass shot synergy cleansing elixir and light, raw meals are provided. Reiki sessions, ionic foot baths, sauna, facials and other detox treatments are available.
