ChiroSpa Takes Three-Pronged Approach to Wellness

Its name alone—ChiroSpa—sets Dr. Sean Price’s office apart from other chiropractic practices. “We are the only office that I am aware of offering the three-pronged approach of functional medicine and nutrition, functional neurology, and chiropractic and massage therapy,” he says.

It began 11 years ago as a traditional chiropractic practice, but as Price and his staff worked with patients, he began to notice how many of them were on unnecessary medications. “Most of them were on medications for conditions that the body was capable of healing from,” he recalls. “I began to study functional medicine and functional neurology, and I’ve enjoyed tremendous success supporting patients in helping their body recover normal function using natural therapies.”

Price’s approach to treatment stems from the belief that the body is a self-healing organism. “The breakdowns in health must be found through proper testing, and once these breakdowns are discovered, an appropriate and individualized strategy can be designed to help the patient recover health and get back to life the way it should be,” he says.

While ChiroSpa still practices traditional chiropractic care, it also offers advanced neuro-metabolic treatment protocols to support the body in recovering from chronic health conditions such as low thyroid, diabetes, Crohn’s disease, irritable bowel syndrome and chronic fatigue. It also offers massage therapy, nonsurgical spinal decompression therapy, cold laser therapy and weight loss.

“Through our unique approach to healing, we can help patients with a wide range of conditions improve their health,” Price says. “As long as there is still life in the body, there is the potential for healing.”
