Twelve Oaks Recovery Center, in Navarre, recently completed extensive renovations and will celebrate with an open house on September 20.  “Most of the facility has been upgraded in some way, and we’ve also added a labyrinth, bridges and artificial turf in the recreation area,” says Brad Garraway, Twelve Oaks’ business development representative. “We’ve been serving the community for more than 30 years, so it was time for a face-lift.” 

The private recovery center offers the full continuum of care for adults, including detoxification, residential treatment, a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). Residential programming is divided into three treatment tracks: a Primary Mental Health Program addressing disorders such as PTSD, anxiety, depression and bipolar; an Addiction Program addressing substance use and co-occurring disorders such as PTSD, anxiety, depression and bipolar; and a Military Program addressing substance use disorders and PTSD.

“We believe in a comprehensive, holistic approach to recovery and provide the most advanced treatment for mental health and substance use disorders,” Garraway says. “We are trauma focused and support multiple pathways to recovery, including 12-step recovery.
