World Gym Pensacola, which recently moved to a new 13,000-square-foot facility on North 9th Avenue, has added Salt Athletics, a patent-pending program that delivers a “stack” of advanced wellness protocols in a single 30-minute session.

Now the only licensed fitness location in Northwest Florida featuring this patent-pending program, World Gym is hosting an open house from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. February 12 for anyone who wants to take a tour and see what Salt Athletics is about. Food and beverages and free –––Salt Athletics sessions will be available at the open house.

World Gym has four different Salt Athletics rooms—the Athletic Advantage room, the Red Room On-Demand, the Recovery Red Room, and the Extreme Performance Room—where users can receive a unique combination of near infrared and far infrared light therapy and dry salt therapy. Additional features include oxygen concentrators and negative ion generators. A session begins with a glass of ionized water and concludes with a glass of fresh-made carrot, apple and celery juice to deliver active enzymes.
