Carlie Nagy

Carlie Nagy, a licensed massage therapist, has joined the team of holistic practitioners at Empathic Practice, Pensacola. “I help my clients better understand themselves so they can take their health back into their own hands,” she says.

Nagy designs individualized plans so each client achieves the maximum benefit from her services, she says. “Working in a team environment enables me to provide a well-rounded care plan for healing. I also offer mobile services, to make self-care even easier.”

Although Nagy is fairly new to Pensacola, having moved here in early2020, she is not new to massage therapy or holistic health. She received her education in San Diego four years ago, taking more 1,200 hours of hands-on training. She is certified in advanced circulatory, sports and deep-tissue massage; acupressure; myofascial release; manual lymph drainage; medical cupping; reflexology; spa treatments; Western herbal medicine; Pranic Healing; reiki; and Soma breathwork. After graduation she worked in the Chopra Center for Wellbeing in Carlsbad, California, and continued her training in Ayurvedic massage, meditation and medicine.

“I worked at the Chopra Center for two years before that physical location was dissolved and a new set of navy orders pulled my family to Pensacola,” she says. “I’ve fallen in love with this little big city by the most beautiful seashore I’ve ever seen, and I want to make my mark by creating a healthier, brighter future for all of Pensacola.”

Location: Mobile massage therapy and Empathic Practice, 2701 N. 12th Ave., Pensacola, FL. For appointments, call 724-809-6344.
