Mountainfilm on Tour brings a blend of culturally rich, adventure-driven and inspiring documentary films to Pensacola Little Theatre on Saturday, January 17. Curated from the renowned Mountainfilm festival in Telluride, Colorado, the program showcases stories that reflect the festival’s mission to use film, art and ideas to inspire audiences to explore environmental, cultural and social justice themes and create a better world.

Hosted by the Gulf Coast Film Festival and supported by local partners including the Edward Jones Cosentino Wealth Management Team and Reboot and Co., this year marks the sixth Mountainfilm on Tour in Pensacola. The evening features a collection of films that raise awareness and support for environmental and community causes, with proceeds benefiting the Pensacola and Perdido Bays Estuary Program and Healthy Gulf.

Organizers say the program continues to resonate with Gulf Coast audiences seeking meaningful stories and impactful ideas. “Mountainfilm brings powerful filmmaking and a sense of connection that inspires people to engage with the world around them,” said event partners. “We’re proud to bring these films to Pensacola once again.”
