QHHT practitioner Laura Donigan brings her Group Past Life Regression Experience to three locations throughout Northwest Florida between October and January. Each event begins at 2 p.m. and offers the same complete stand-alone experience. Inspired by the work and teachings of Dolores Cannon, Donigan uses gentle, guided hypnosis to take participants on an inner journey that may include exploring a past life, connecting with higher wisdom or spirit guides or experiencing a glimpse into a possible future life. Participants remain aware and in control throughout the experience and are able to remember and reflect on what they discover.
